APILON™ 52 A/C provides a better environmental footprint than comparable rubber products. Regrinded material can easily be mixed with virgin product, making the grade more sustainable.

Not only is it more environmentally friendly than rubber, APILON™ 52 A/C also offers higher productivity due to up to 70% less production cycle time than other thermosetting materials while having a similar thermoabrasion resistance and maximum design flexibility and even increased safety as it has a very high slip resistance – an advantage that comes especially handy to the professional and athletic footwear industry.
